| Dear Nigel and Rosie, I have been tardy with this communication, but to inform you my Francisco Bros B20 (cedar) guitar arrived safe and sound at about 15.00 hrs.yesterday. The mellow tones and the volume, plus sustained sound attained by the instrument, far exceed my expectation at the price. I find it light and comfortable to play, with an especially user-friendly fingerboard. I am very pleased with my first venture into the Classical arena. I only hope I learn to do it justice. | Dear Highly Strung Been perusing the site for a week or so and last Sunday decided to buy some leads & strings. On Monday at around 11:00 I phoned. Got through straight away (surprise) to a real person (shock). The lady who took my order (presumably Rosie?) was very helpful and frankly charming. Her final comment, " Order should be made up today and despatched -should be with you Wednesday" . Tuesday morning - postman arrives with parcel. All items present & correct. I'm new to writing thank you letters/emails but felt your team deserved it. | Dear Rosie and everyone at Highly Strung, Just got my order this morning 07/07/04 and just wanted to say how mightily impressed I am about your VERY fast service. Up here in the wilds of Inverness, service is something unheard of. I was in my local guitar store yesterday afternoon asking for a set of machine heads for a classical style guitar and was told..."Oh no, we don't stock them but we could order them...It'll take about a week to ten days!" All this and twice the price as well! Sod that I thought, let's try the net. It is soooo welcome to find a company that does what they say they will do...deliver next day. Even though we are the UK's most northern city, many suppliers cannot deliver next day and indeed, many take 3-4 days to get here. Totally unacceptable these days! Maybe "dahn sarff" your customers are used to fast delivery but up here it is a rarity and I for one will certainly spread the word among the guitar playing fraternity about your excellent service.
